Heaven or Heel?

There’s nothing better to compliment a new hairdo, a great outfit and stunning makeup than the perfect pair of heels. When getting ready, it can seem like the best idea in the world to wear a pair of sparkling 6-inch heels to make your calves look like they were carved by angels.But once the blisters start to appear and the digging in of the straps begin, it’s hard to stand by that decision.

But do the perfect pair of heels exist and if so, where do we get them?

Well, a German company have gotten very close to heel perfection and their solution is pretty clever.

Mime et Moi have created a pair of shoes which come with 5 different types of heel. The adjustable shoe has a clip mechanism on the bottom which means heels can clip on and clip off effortlessly. With these shoes, you can start the night in a pair of stilettos and end the night in a pair of flats without having to squeeze a spare pair of shoes in your tiny going out bag. How did no one come up with this before?

The heels come in different variation such as a short stiletto heel, a tall block heel and a low block heel (flats). The shoes also come in different colours and styles, so don’t worry, somewhere out there, there’s a pair to go with your favourite dress.

The heel is easily transferred and with such a variation of heels, it’s difficult to find an outfit these shoes won’t compliment.

However, if you want to purchase a pair of these life savers, its going to cost you a pretty penny. The price of the shoes starts at around £140 a pair. It wouldn’t necessarily break the bank, but when you can bag a pair from Primark for a tenner, it’s hard to weigh up whether comfort or an extra £130 in the back pocket is more appealing.
